HIgh Protein, Low Carb Banananilla Muffins

These High Protein, little beauties are filled with muscle repairing protein to ensure you can refuel your muscles after an intense workout and are low in carbs to ensue you continue to hit your fat loss goals!



Mmm... look how good they look!


You will need:

  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup egg whites
  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt (chobani is awesome!)
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (or chocolate for chocolate flavour)
  • ¼ cup Stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Here’s what you need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray muffin tray with cooking spray.
2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and divide among the tray.
3. Bake until you can insert a fork and remove it without anything sticking, about 17 minutes. Top muffins with Greek yogurt. Makes 12 serving
