Make 2 ingredient, healthy pancakes in less than 2 minutes!

This is quite possibly the simplest, healthiest and tastiest breakfast recipe you’ll ever make! Not to mention, you can make a big batch up on Sunday afternoons to have as a breakfast option for the week ahead! Talk about #winning!

Let these 2 ingredient pancakes seriously change your life (and breakfast routine) for GOOD!

You will need:

3 small ripe bananas (or two bigger bananas)

3 eggs, lightly beaten

All you need to do is:

  1. Mash all the bananas up until in a bowl
  2. Whisk the eggs together until well combined
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low-medium heat.  Pour in 1/3 of a cup of the batter. Cook until bubbles form all over the surface and flip. Cook a further 1-2 minutes and serve.
  4. How easy is that!

You could even add in a tablespoon of cacao/ coco powder for chocolate pancakes into the batter fif you'd like!

Toppings we suggest are Greek Yoghurt, Honey, chopped walnuts, berries and a selection of mixed seeds!
