The all time classic smoothie recipe you NEED to try!

It can’t get any more classic than a strawberry and banana smoothie. Seriously! We’ve revamped this humble, loved smoothie recipe and chocked it full of protein to make it an awesome post-workout meal!

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 fresh banana, peeled
  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choosing)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 3 tbs rolled oats (optional)
  • 1 tbs Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten

Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
